LEADERSHIP & MENTORS

At the San Diego Institute of Technology, our strength comes from the people who lead, guide, and inspire our students.

Our mentors aren’t just academics — they’re operators, engineers, creatives, and founders who have built things, ledteams, and shaped culture at the highest levels.

We believe real-world experience, paired with a commitment to teaching, creates the most powerful learning environment possible.

Every mentor at SDIT is here to challenge you, support you, and prepare you for impact.

BRANDON

Founder & Program Director

Brandon blends academic training in business, computer science, and AI — with studies at Harvard and Oxford — with over a decade of work at the intersection of innovation, creativity, and service. He has led award-winning projects in unmanned systems, developed tools for national security, and built creative platforms that bridge technology, art, and culture.

Passionate about mentorship and youth development, Brandon has guided young creators through programs at MIT Lincoln Labs, UCLA, USC, and hosting international hackathons, while also launching community-based art and adventure initiatives across California.

At SDIT, he brings technical rigor, creative vision, and a dedication to empowering the next generation to think boldly, lead with purpose, and create work that matters.
